Idlab is the Regional Research, Development, and Innovation Awards of Western Visayas under the RRDIC and RDC. The program recognizes researchers, scientists, innovators, and institutions whose work contributes to regional growth, identity, and resilience.

The name points to a scintilla, a small spark that can become meaningful change. The awards elevate that spark when it is rigorous, relevant, and rooted in Western Visayas.

The process begins with context and category selection, then moves through official Annex A and Annex B forms, category-based annex records, required uploads, review, and submission.

Encode Annex A in the portal, preview it, and download the PDF for nominator signature.

Complete Annex B Biodata using the official form structure.

Encode the required annex records for the selected category.

Upload required documents, review the full summary, and submit when complete.
